利用高炉冲渣水废热处理高盐废水可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 以某钢厂为例,分析钢铁行业利用废热处理浓盐水,实现废水零排放的可行性和经济性。利用高炉冲渣水废热处理浓盐水,全流程打通生产废水回用,解决了水渣微粉中氯含量高,最终实现钢厂废水零排放,同时还可以为居民建筑供暖,每年可为企业带来1133.55万元的利润,每年可节约标煤15797 t。 Taking a steel mill as an example,the feasibility and economy of using waste heat to treat concentrated brine to realize zero discharge of waste water in steel industry are analyzed.In the study,the waste heat of blast furnace slag flushing water is used to treat concentrated brine,and the whole process is opened up for reuse of production wastewater,which solves the problem of high chlorine content in water slag micropowder and finally zero discharge of wastewater from steel mills come true.Meanwhile,it can not only heat the residential buildings,bring huge profits of 1133.55 million Yuan to enterprises,but also can save more than 15,000 t standard coal every year.
