Programming Application of AB PF750 Inverter Devicelogix Component

利用AB PF750系列变频器内嵌DeviceLogix(DLX)组件进行编程,通过变频器数字量输出端子信号与功能参数设置来控制电机制动器的工作,防止电机起动转矩较小时系统打开制动器,使外界负载反向牵引电机运行造成系统溜车问题。另外,通过增加制动器打开检测限位,有效提高系统保护与故障排查的速度。

Using AB PF750 series inverter embedded Devicelogix(DLX)components for programming,the motor brake is controlled by the digital output terminal signal and function parameter setting of frequency converter,when the starting torque of the motor is small,the system opens the brake,which makes the external load reverse and the motor runs,causing the system to slide.In addition,by increasing the brake opening detection limit,the speed of system protection and troubleshooting is effectively improved.
