摘要
数字阵列雷达的收发单元通道内含有很多的元器件,结构复杂,其收发幅相一致性很难得到直接保证,不利于大批量生产。文中针对某S波段数字阵雷达,分析了影响数字组件通道收发幅相一致性的因素,研究了通过数字修正来提高一致性的方法,以及在组件上的实现方案;同时例举了大规模生产下影响修正结果的因素,并给出了修正前后的对比结果。
Because of more elements and more complexity in T/RU channel of digital array Radar,coherence of amplitude and phase of T/RU channel is harder to be guaranteed.Based on a S-band digital array radar,the factors that affect coherence of amplitude and phase of T/RU channel are analyzed on this paper;a digital calibration method to improve the coherence is researched and the realize project is also proposed.This paper also discusses the factors that affect and determine the calibration result during mass production,and lists the coherence of amplitude and phase before and after calibration.
