摘要
目的研究夹竹桃科止泻木属植物止泻木Holarrhena antidysenterica Wall.ex A.DC.种子的化学成分。方法采用渗漉法、色谱法提取分离和纯化,采用核磁共振波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从止泻木子的95%乙醇提取物中分离纯化,得到了10个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:(E)-9-十八碳烯酸(Ⅰ)、羽扇豆烯酮(Ⅱ)、羽扇豆醇(Ⅲ)、α-香树脂酮(Ⅳ)、正十六烷(Ⅴ)、正二十六烷(Ⅵ)、肉豆蔻酸(Ⅶ)、硬脂酸(Ⅷ)、正十六碳酸甲酯(Ⅸ)和棕榈酸(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅹ均为首次从止泻木种子中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the seed of Holarrhena antidysenterica Wall.ex A.DC.METHODS The percolation method was used to extract and separate chemical components by chromatography.The structure was identified by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated from 95%ethanol extract from the seed of H.antidysenterica Wall.and identified as(E)-9-octadecenoic acid(Ⅰ),lupenone(Ⅱ),lupeol(Ⅲ),α-amyrenone(Ⅳ),n-hexadecane(Ⅴ),n-hexacosane(Ⅵ),tetradecanoicacid(Ⅶ),stearicacid(Ⅷ),methylpalmitate(Ⅸ),and palmitic acid(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION CompoundsⅠ-Ⅹare isolated from Holarrhenae Semen for the first time.
