摘要
2例患儿均为女性,外阴、臀部与下肢毛囊性丘疹。皮损为毛囊性丘疹,中央见黑色角栓,剥出角栓可见其内含有毳毛。皮肤镜下见黑头样结构与簇状毛发。根据临床、皮肤镜、病理结果诊断为小棘状毛壅病。
Two girls presented with follicular papules on their vulvas,hips and legs.Physical examination revealed follicular papules filled with horny plugs and bundles of vellus hairs in a characteristic tuft.Dermoscopic examination showed dermoscopic blackhead-like structures and hair tufts in a hair follicular horny plug.The clinical and dermoscopic findings are consistent with the diagnosis of trichostasis spinulosa.
