原发性皮肤黏液癌(PMCS)是一种罕见的低度恶性的汗腺肿瘤,好发于头颈部,中老年男性发病为主。诊断主要依据组织病理学检查,但PMCS与转移性皮肤黏液癌在组织病理上无法区分,需借助其他检查进行鉴别。二者预后不同,故早期、正确诊断PMCS尤为重要。近年来随着病例报告的增加,研究不断深入,其诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗有了新的突破。

Primary mucinous carcinoma of the skin(PMCS)is a rare low-grade malignant adnexal neoplasm of eccrine gland,arising most commonly in head-and-neck region,predominantly in male individuals at milldle and older ages.The diagnosis is mainly based on histopathological examination,however,the histopathological manifestation of PMCS needs to differentiate from that of a metastatic deposit of mucinous carcinomas arising from other viscera,while the latter has a high-grade malignancy feature.Therefore the early diagnosis is particularly important for the differentiation.In recent years,with the increase of case reports and development of techniques,some new breakthroughs have been made in diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatments.
