氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入对老年吸入性重症肺炎疗效及血清炎性因子的影响

Effect of Ambroxol Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation on the Efficacy and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Elderly Patients with Severe Inhalation Pneumonia

目的:探讨氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入对老年吸入性重症肺炎临床疗效与血清炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年12月本院收治的老年吸入性重症肺炎患者90例,随机抽签分对照组和观察组各45例,对照组单独静脉缓慢推注盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较临床疗效,检测治疗前后血清炎性因子CRP、PCT、IL-6变化水平,记录发热、咳嗽、气喘及肺啰音症状消失时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后,两组CRP、PCT及IL-6水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组发热、咳嗽、气喘及肺啰音症状消失时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氨溴索联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗老年吸入性重症肺炎显著缩短临床症状消失时间,降低血清炎性因子水平,疗效显著,不良反应低,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Ambroxol combined with Budesonide on the clinical efficacy and serum inflammatory factors in elderly patients with severe inhalation pneumonia.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with severe aspiration pneumonia who admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group.The control group was slowly injected treated Ambroxol Hydrochloride,while the observation group was combined with Budesonide by atomization inhalation.The clinical efficacy was compared,and the changes of serum inflammatory factors CRP,PCT,IL-6 before and after treatment were detected,and the disappearance time of fever,cough,asthma and pulmonary rales were observed.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT and IL-6 in the two groups decreased on average,and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of fever,cough,asthma and pulmonary rales in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with severe inhalation pneumonia can significantly shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappear,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,with significant curative effect and low adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
