摘要
目的:探讨高黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果及安全性研究。方法:选取2017年10月-2019年3月本院收治的50例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,各25例。两组均实施经皮椎体成形术,对照组应用低黏度骨水泥治疗,研究组应用高黏度骨水泥。结果:两组术中出血量、注入骨水泥的剂量相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1年的VAS、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后1年Cobb角小于对照组,椎体前缘高度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组骨水泥渗漏发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的治疗中,高黏度骨水泥经皮椎体成形术治疗效果理想,能够更好改善腰椎活动,降低疼痛程度,同时骨水泥渗漏的发生也较少,安全性更高,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of percutaneous vertebroplasty with high viscosity bone cement in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Method:A total of 50 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in each group,the control group was treated with low-viscosity bone cement,and the study group was treated with high-viscosity bone cement.Result:There were no significant differences between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss and bone cement injection dose(P>0.05),but the operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and ODI scores of the study group 1 year after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Cobb angle of the study group was smaller than that of the control group 1 year after operation,and the height of the anterior vertebral body was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of bone cement leakage in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,high-viscosity bone cement percutaneous vertebroplasty has an ideal treatment effect,which can better improve lumbar spine activity and reduce the degree of pain.At the same time,there is less bone cement leakage and higher safety.It is worth further clinical application.
