经皮穴位电刺激辅助治疗对膝关节镜术后肿痛及负性情绪的效果观察

The Effect of Percutaneous Point Electrical Stimulation in Treating Swelling and Pain and Negative Emotion after Knee Arthroscopy

目的:观察经皮穴位电刺激辅助治疗对膝关节镜术后肿痛及负性情绪的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的单侧膝关节镜术后关节肿痛患者84例,随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例)。对照组予以术后口服塞来昔布+地奥司明治疗,观察组在此基础上加用经皮穴位电刺激干预。治疗前、治疗3、7 d天后记录并对比两组膝关节周径差、VAS评分、负性情绪评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗3、7 d后观察组周径差、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后两组消肿效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后观察组SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组临床优良率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用经皮穴位电刺激辅助治疗可有效改善膝关节镜术后关节肿痛程度及负性情绪,改善生活质量。

Objective:To observe the effect of percutaneous point electrical stimulation on swelling and pain and negative emotion after knee arthroscopy.Method:Eighty-four patients with joint swelling and pain after unilateral knee arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(42 cases)and the observation group(42 cases).The control group received postoperative oral treatment of Celecoxib+Diossimine,and the observation group received percutaneous point electrical stimulation intervention on this basis.Before treatment,3 and 7 days after treatment,the knee circumference difference,VAS score and negative mood score of the two groups were recorded and compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the peripheral diameter difference and VAS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in reducing swelling effect(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,SAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in clinical good and good rates(P>0.05).Conclusion:The auxiliary treatment of percutaneous electric stimulation can effectively improve the degree of joint swelling and pain and negative emotion after knee arthroscopy,and improve the quality of life.
