早期原发性结肠癌患者各类白细胞数值变化临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Changes of Various White Blood Cell Values in Patients with Early Primary Colon Cancer

目的:分析早期原发性结肠癌患者的各类白细胞数值变化情况。方法:选择2017年1月-2020年3月福建省龙岩市第一医院肿瘤科接诊的早期原发性结肠癌患者98例(结肠癌组)及同时间段体检的健康者98例(健康组)的资料回顾性分析。对比两组的各类白细胞数值。分析结肠癌组患者中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞之间的相关性。结果:结肠癌组的中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞均高于健康组(P<0.05),两组的单核细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结肠癌组患者中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞及嗜酸性粒细胞之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:早期原发性结肠癌患者的白细胞指标中,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞的数值明显增高,三者之间均有正相关。这对于患者的早期诊断具有一定的意义,但尚需要综合多种指标考量。

Objective:To analyze the changes of various white blood cell values in patients with early primary colon cancer.Method:From January 2017 to March 2020,98 patients with early primary colon cancer(colon cancer group)and 98 healthy patients(healthy group)who received physical examination during the same period of time were selected from the Department of Oncology,the First Hospital of Longyan,Fujian Province.The data of two groups were retrospective analyzed.The values of various types of white blood cells in the two groups was compared.The correlation between neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophils in patients with colon cancer were analyzed.Result:The neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophils in the colon cancer group were higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the data of monocytes and basophils between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a positive correlation between neutrophils,lymphocytes and eosinophils in the colon cancer group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Among the white blood cell indicators of patients with early primary colon cancer,the values of neutrophils,lymphocytes,and eosinophils are significantly increased,and there is a positive correlation among the three.This is of certain significance for the early diagnosis of patients,but it still needs to consider multiple indicators.
