集束化护理对胆结石患者腹腔镜手术治疗效果及并发症发生的影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing on Laparoscopic Surgery and Complications in Patients with Gallstones

目的:探讨集束化护理对胆结石患者腹腔镜手术治疗效果及并发症发生的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年6月入笔者所在医院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的胆结石患者84例,依据护理方案的不同分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予集束化护理。对比两组术后康复指标、并发症发生率、护理满意度及生活质量水平。结果:研究组肠鸣音恢复时间、胃管留置时间、术后通气时间及住院时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后各生活质量指标评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在胆结石患者腹腔镜手术治疗过程中给予集束化护理干预,可提升患者临床康复指标水平,降低并发症发生率,还能提升护理满意度及生活质量,可考虑推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing on laparoscopic surgery and complications in patients with gallstones.Method:A total of 84 patients with gallstones admitted to our hospital for laparoscopic surgery from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected for this study.The patients were divided into two groups according to different nursing programs,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given cluster nursing.Postoperative rehabilitation index,complication rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time of bowel sounds,gastric tube indwelling time,postoperative ventilation time and hospital stay time in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life s cores in the study study group were higher than thos e in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstones,cluster nursing intervention can improve the level of clinical rehabilitation indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,but also improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life,it can be considered to promote.
