基于格林模式的护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者SSC评分、SAFE评分的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on the Precede-proceed Model on SSC Score and SAFE Score in Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病患者实施基于格林模式的护理干预对社交技能评价量表(SSC)评分、社会适应能力评价量表(SAFE)评分的影响。方法:选择本院2018年8月-2019年8月接收的100例阿尔茨海默病患者,根据盲抽法分为两组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于格林模式的护理干预,比较两组SSC评分、SAFE评分。结果:干预2个月后,两组SSC评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预2个月后,两组SAFE评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阿尔茨海默病患者实施基于格林模式的护理干预,可有效改善社交技能及社会适应能力,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the impact of nursing interventions based on the Precede-proceed model in patients with Alzheimer’s disease on the social skills assessment scale(SSC)score,the social adaptability assessment scale(SAFE)score.Method:A total of 100 Alzheimer’s disease patients received in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according to the blind extraction method,50 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the observation group carried out nursing intervention based on the Precede-proceed model.The SSC scores and SAFE scores of the two groups were compared.Result:After 2 months of intervention,the SSC scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the SAFE scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on the Precede-proceed model for Alzheimer’s disease can improve the social skills and social adaptability,and improve the quality of life.
