延续性护理干预在胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者中的应用及对患者自护能力的影响

The Application of Continuous Nursing Intervention in the Surgical Treatment of Cholesteatoma Tympanitis and Its Influence on the Self-care Ability of Patients

目的:探究延续性护理干预在胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者中的应用及对患者自护能力的影响。方法:选择88例本院2017年11月-2019年1月收治的胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和观察组,每组44例。常规组采用常规性护理干预,观察组采用延续性护理干预,对比两组自护能力评分、出院后的复诊率、复发率及护理满意度。结果:观察组出院后3、6个月的自护能力评分及复诊率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6个月内复发率为4.55%,低于常规组的18.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.06,P<0.05);观察组护理满意度93.18%,高于常规组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胆脂瘤型中耳炎手术治疗患者实施延续性护理干预,能够有效提高患者自护能力和复诊率,降低疾病复发率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application of continuous nursing intervention in the surgical treatment of cholesteatoma tympanitis and its influence on the self-care ability of patients.Method:A total of 88 patients with cholesteatoma tympanitis who treated in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into the routine group and the observation group by random number table method,44 cases in each group.Patients in the routine group used routine nursing interventions,and patients in the observation group used continuous nursing interventions.The self-care ability score,the rate of re-visit after discharge,relapse rate,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group’s self-care ability score and return visit rate at 3 and 6 months after discharge were higher than the routine group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 4.55% within 6 months,which was lower than 18.18% of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.06,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27% of the routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing intervention for patients with cholesteatoma tympanitis surgical treatment can effectively improve patients’ self-care ability and return visit rate,reduce disease recurrence rate,and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing.
