肺部超声(lung ultrasound,LUS)逐渐在临床上得到越来越多的重视和应用,成为诊断肺炎、气胸、肺栓塞等疾病一种高效、经济和安全的检查方法。目前,LUS在临床上有望替代胸部X线甚至胸部CT作为诊断肺炎的影像学检查。

Lung ultrasound has gradually received more and more attention and applications in clinical practice.It has become an efficient,economical and safe examination for diagnosing pneumonia,pneumothorax,pulmonary embolism and other diseases.At present,lung ultrasound is expected to replace chest X-ray and even chest CT in clinical diagnosis of pneumonia.
