Electric connectors,many in varieties,which are widely used in railway rolling stock.They are used for signal and energy transmission,the connection performance of those is significant in safety and reliability in operation of the system.This paper briefly describes the basic performance of electric connector,the installation and application in rolling stock.It analyzes and selects the connector according to its expected working environment,purpose of use and in relation with related experiences,and ensure it working in safe and reliable condition.
