胃癌根治术后应用L-OHP或HCPT联合5-Fu/LV化疗方案对患者预后的影响

Effect of L-OHP or HCPT Combined with 5-Fu/LV Chemotherapy Regimen on Prognosis of Patients with Gastric Cancer after Radical Resection

目的:探究奥沙利铂(L-OHP)联合氟尿嘧啶/甲酰四氢叶酸钙(5-Fu/LV)和羟基喜树碱(HCPT)联合5-Fu/LV化疗对胃癌根治术后患者预后的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年7月-2016年5月收治的行胃癌根治术后患者82例为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将入选患者分为观察组(41例)及对照组(41例),对照组采用HCPT联合5-Fu/LV化疗方案治疗,观察组行L-OHP联合5-Fu/LV化疗方案治疗。观察两组疗效、治疗前后胃肠道反应及其并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(46.34%)高于对照组(24.39%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组胃肠道反应指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组血清胃泌素水平高于对照组,血清胃动素水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:L-OHP联合5-Fu/LV化疗方案治疗胃癌根治术后患者具有理想的疗效,可进一步改善患者胃肠道反应,预后效果良好。

Objective:To explore the effect of Oxaliplatin (L-OHP) combined with Fluorouracil/Calcium Folinate (5-Fu/LV) and Hydroxycamptothecin (HCPT) combined with 5-Fu/LV chemotherapy on the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer after radical resection.Method:From July 2014 to May 2016,82 patients after radical resection of gastric cancer were selected as experimental subjects.According to the random digital table method,the patients were divided into the observation group (41 cases) and the control group (41 cases).The control group was treated with HCPT combined with 5-Fu/LV chemotherapy regimen,and the observation group was treated with L-OHP combined with 5-Fu/LV chemotherapy regimen.The curative effect,gastrointestinal reaction and complications before and after treatment were observed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (46.34%) was higher than that in the control group (24.39%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in gastrointestinal reaction indicators between the two groups (P>0.05),after treatment,the serum gastrin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the serum motilin level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:L-OHP combined with 5-Fu/LV chemotherapy in treatment of gastric cancer has the ideal curative effect,can further improve the gastrointestinal reaction of the patient,and has good prognosis effect.
