针灸、补阳还五汤配合康复训练对脑卒中后遗症患者手功能的影响

Effect of Acupuncture, Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Hand Function of Patients with Stroke Sequelae

目的:对针灸、补阳还五汤配合康复训练对脑卒中后遗症患者手功能的影响进行探究。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月100例脑卒中患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采取康复训练干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针灸、补阳还五汤,治疗时间共6个月。治疗后,比较两组患者手功能恢复效果。结果:治疗3、6个月后,观察组FMA评分分别为(8.52±2.35)、(9.62±2.35)分,明显较对照组的(6.78±1.56)、(7.86±2.46)高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上肢痉挛情况评分分别为(1.52±0.35)、(1.02±0.12)分,明显低于照组的(2.18±0.56)、(1.86±0.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗6个月后总有效率92%,高于对照组的78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规康复功能训练的基础上配合针灸、补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中患者,对于其后遗症的改善效果更好,能够更有效地促进手部功能恢复,效果显著值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture,Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on hand function of patients with stroke sequelae.Method:A total of 100 cases of stroke patients from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training intervention,while the observation group was given acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group,treated for 6 months.After the treatment,the hand function recovery effect of the two groups was compared and evaluated.Result:After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the FMA scores of the observation group were (8.52±2.35),(9.62±2.35) points,which were significantly higher than (6.78±1.56),(7.86±2.46) points of the control group,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05).The scores of upper extremity spasm in the observation group were (1.52±0.35),(1.02±0.12) points,which were significantly lower than (2.18±0.56),(1.86±0.16) points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92% after 6 months of treatment,which was higher than 78% of the control group after 6 months of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine rehabilitation function training,combined with acupuncture and Buyang Huanwu Decoction,it is better to improve the sequelae of stroke patients and can promote the recovery of hand function more effectively.The effect is worthy of clinical promotion.
