3.0T MR动态增强扫描联合DWI-ADC值在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的诊断效能 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究3.0T MR动态增强扫描时间-信号强度(DCE-TIC)曲线联合扩散加权成像表观扩散系数(DWI-ADC)在乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断的价值和安全性。方法:研究对象为2017年1月-2019年12月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的100例乳腺癌患者,患者均有完整的MRI资料并经穿刺活检或手术病理证实为乳腺浸润性导管癌,其中50例观察组分析3.0T MR动态增强扫描联合DWI-ADC值诊断,50例对照组仅分析其常规平扫,比较和分析两组诊断符合率、误诊率和漏诊率。结果:观察组诊断符合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组乳腺癌误诊率和漏诊率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T MR DCE-TIC联合DWI-ADC在乳腺浸润性导管癌诊断中具有极高诊断价值,且安全性极高,值得研究和推广。 Objective:To explore the value and safety of 3.0T MR dynamic enhanced scan time-signal intensity (DCE-TIC) curve combined with diffusion-weighted imaging apparent diffusion coefficient (DWI-ADC) in the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast.Method:The subjects were 100 breast cancer patients treated in the author’s hospital from January 2017 to December 2019,all of whom had complete MRI data and were confirmed as invasive ductal carcinoma of breast by puncture biopsy or surgical pathology.Among them,50 patients in the observation group were analyzed for the diagnosis of 3.0T MR dynamic enhanced scan combined with DWR-ADC value,and 50 patients in the control group were analyzed only for the routine plain scan.The diagnostic coincidence rate,misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The diagnostic coincidence rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of breast cancer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:3.0T MR DCE-TIC combined with DWI-ADC has a very high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast,and it is extremely safe,which is worthy of research and promotion.
