Objective:To investigate the effect of collaborative nursing (CCM) intervention mode combined with liquid clean dressing wound treatment in patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity (VLU).Method:A total of 88 patients with VLU in our hospital were selected and divided into the study group (n=44) and the control group (n=44) according to the admission time. The control group received routine nursing, the study group adopted CCM intervention mode combined with liquid clean dressing wound treatment on the basis of the control group.Self-efficacy (GSES),self-care ability (ESCA),visual analog scale (VAS),chronic venous insufficiency quality of life (CIVIQ) score and wound area reduction rate were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result:The wound area reduction rate in the study group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 1 month of intervention,GSES,ESCA and CIVIQ scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and VAS score was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:CCM intervention mode combined with liquid clean dressing wound treatment applied to VLU patients can improve patients’ self-efficacy,improve self-care ability, promote wound healing, reduce pain, and improve the quality of life.
