多样性护理改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖水平和心功能状态的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Diversity Nursing on Improving Blood Glucose Level and Cardiac Function in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨多样性护理改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者血糖水平和心功能状态的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院于2019年3月-2020年3月临床收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者98例为研究对象,随机分成研究组(给予多样性护理干预)和对照组(给予常规护理干预),每组49例。对两组患者护理前后的血糖指标和心功能状态指标进行观察和比较。结果:护理后,研究组患者的血糖指标均优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者的心率低于对照组,左室射血分数优于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意度为93.88%,显著高于对照组的71.43%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多样性护理能够改善糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血糖水平,提升患者心功能状态,具有较好的临床应用效果,具有推广意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of diversified nursing on improving blood glucose level and cardiac function in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 98 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group (given diversified nursing intervention) and the control group (given routine nursing intervention),49 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the blood glucose indexes and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After nursing,the blood glucose indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the HR of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was better than those of the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 93.88%,which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diversified nursing can improve the blood glucose level of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease,and improve the cardiac function of patients.It has good clinical application effect and has promotion significance.
