约束评估量表在手术后患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Constraint Evalution Scale in Postoperative Patients

目的:探讨约束评估量表在手术后入住ICU患者中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在科2017年1月1日-2018年7月30日术后患者共170例。按照收治时间分为两组,将2017年1月1日-12月31日85例患者列入对照组,2018年1月1日-7月30日85例患者列入试验组。对照组患者入科后实施常规约束,试验组按照身体约束评估量表进行评估后约束。对比两组术后患者非计划拔管发生率、约束具使用率、约束时间和约束并发症发生率及患者对约束使用的满意度。结果:试验组非计划性拔管发生率、约束具使用率及约束相关并发症发生率低于对照组,约束时间短于对照组,对照组对身体约束满意度明显低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:身体约束评估量表可有效降低非计划拔管发生率,同时缩短患者约束时间,提高患者及家属满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of constraint evalution scale in patients admitted to the ICU after surgery.Method:A total of 170 patients after surgery from our department were selected from January 1,2017 to July 30,2018.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment time.There are 85 patients from January 1 to December 31,2017 were included in the control group and 85 patients from January 1 to July 30,2018 in the experimental group.The control group was given routine restraint after admission,and the experimental group was assessed with physical restraint assessment scale.Compared the incidence of unplanned extubation,constraint rate,constraint duration and constraint-related complications and satisfaction of patients with the use of restraint tools between two groups.Result:The incidence of unplanned extubation,the use rate of restraints and the incidence of constraint-related complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the confinement time was shorter than that in the control group,and the satisfaction with physical constraints in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The physical restraint assessment scale can reduce the rate of unplanned extubation in postoperative patients,shorten the duration of patient restraint at the same time,and improve patient and family satisfaction.
