知己健康管理结合心理干预对妊娠合并乙肝孕妇孕期的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Confidants Health Management Combined with Psychological Intervention on Pregnant Women with Hepatitis B during Pregnancy

目的:分析知己健康管理结合心理干预对妊娠合并乙肝孕妇孕期的护理效果。方法:选择2017年1月-2019年12月于笔者所在科就诊的84例妊娠合并乙肝孕妇为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组均给予常规护理,对照组在常规护理基础上给予心理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予知己健康管理。分别于干预前和干预2个月后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中文版分娩自我效能量表(CBSEI-32)评价患者焦虑、抑郁、自我效能改变情况。采用自制问卷表调查护理满意度。结果:观察组干预后SAS评分及SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBSEI-32量表中结果期望量表(OE-16)和自我效能期望量表(EE-16)评分及护理总满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:知己健康管理结合心理干预能够有效缓解妊娠合并乙肝孕妇焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高自我效能和护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of confidants health management combined with psychological intervention on pregnant women with hepatitis B during pregnancy.Method:A total of 84 pregnant women with hepatitis B who were treated in our department from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,the control group was given psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing,the observation group was given confidants health management on the basis of the control group.Self rating anxiety scale (SAS),self rating depression scale (SDS) and Chinese version of delivery self-efficacy scale (CBSEI-32) were used to evaluate the changes of anxiety,depression and self-efficacy before and 2 months after intervention.Self made questionnaire was used to investigate nursing satisfaction.Result:After intervention,SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).In the CBSEI-32 scale,the scores of results expectation scale (OE-16),self-efficacy expectation scale (EE-16) and the total nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Confidants health management combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of pregnant women with hepatitis B,and improve self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
