支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术治疗颅内动脉瘤的围手术期护理

Perioperative Period Nursing of Stent Assisted Coil Embolization for Intracranial Aneurysms

目的:探析颅内动脉瘤支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术围术期护理方法及效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年3月在笔者所在医院神经外科行支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术的130例颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,依照围术期护理方式不同分成对照组(n=65)和观察组(n=65),分别采用常规护理模式与临床护理路径(CNP)模式;对比分析两组手术时间、术后住院时间、医疗费用和护理满意度的差异。结果:观察组手术时间、术后住院时间、医疗费用均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度为96.92%,显著高于对照组的84.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在颅内动脉瘤支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞术围手术期实施CNP护理,可提高手术效率,缩短住院时间,减轻患者医疗负担,提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the perioperative period nursing methods and effects of stent assisted coil embolization for intracranial aneurysms.Method:A total of 130 patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent stent assisted coil embolization in neurosurgery department of our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were included in the observation,and they were divided into the control group (n=65) and the observation group (n=65) according to the different perioperative period nursing methods,used the conventional nursing mode and the clinical nursing pathway (CNP) mode respectively.The operation time,postoperative hospital stay,medical expenses and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:The operation time,postoperative hospital stay and medical expenses of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than 84.61% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of CNP nursing in the perioperative period of intracranial aneurysm stent assisted coil embolization can improve the operation efficiency,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the medical burden of patients,and improve nursing satisfaction.
