舒适护理干预对首发脑出血患者生活质量和满意度的影响

Effect of Comfortable Nursing Intervention on Quality of Life and Satisfaction of Patients with First-episode Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨舒适护理干预对于首发脑出血患者生活质量和满意度的影响。方法:选取2017年5月-2019年5月在某三级甲等医院住院的80例首发脑出血患者进行研究,将其随机分成对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组应用常规护理,试验组应用舒适护理,比较两组生活质量情况和护理满意度。结果:护理前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后试验组评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意度为100%,高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预能提高患者的生活质量,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,对构建和谐护患关系具有较大的意义。

Objective:To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on the quality of life and satisfaction of patients with first-episode cerebral hemorrhage.Method:From May 2017 to May 2019,80 patients with first-episode intracerebral hemorrhage were selected and randomly divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases).Routine nursing was applied in the control group and comfortable nursing was applied in the experimental group,and the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05),and the score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was 100%,higher than that in the control group (85.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing intervention can improve patients’ quality of life,improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing services,and has great significance for the construction of harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
