李赛美教授以“火热论”治疗2型糖尿病的学术经验

Professor Li Saimei’s Academic Experience in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with the Theory of Fire

李赛美教授擅用经方辨治疑难疾病,其将《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《金匮要略》《温病学》四大经典融会贯通,近年提出以"火热论"治疗2型糖尿病,提出"降糖不远寒、扶正重脾胃、气血贵流通"治疗思路,多寒温并用,经方与时方合用,采用纯中药治疗治疗2型糖尿病,取得很好效果,值得不断总结整理。

Professor Li Saimei was good at treating difficult diseases with the prescription.He combines the four classics of Huangdi Internal Classics,Typhoid Theory,Golden Cormorant Outline and Febrile Study.In recent years,he has put forward the treatment of type 2 diabetes with "heat theory".And the treatment idea of "lowering the blood sugar not far from cold,strengthening the spleen and stomach,Qi and blood precious circulation" is put forward,and the combination of cold and warm,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and time prescription and pure Chinese medicine are used to treat type 2 diabetes,which has achieved good results and is worth summarizing and sorting out constantly.
