缩宫素与卡前列甲酯栓在预防产妇产后出血中的临床应用效果

Clinical Effect of Oxytocin and Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探讨在预防产妇产后出血中采用缩宫素与卡前列甲酯栓治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年6月来笔者所在医院分娩的产妇124例为研究对象,随机将产妇分成研究组和对照组,每组62例。对照组给予缩宫素注射液治疗,研究组给予缩宫素注射液与卡前列甲酯栓联合治疗。观察并比较两组产妇的凝血功能指标、第三产程时间、产后出血量及出血发生率、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,研究组各项凝血功能指标均优于对照组,研究组产妇的第三产程时间短于对照组,研究组产妇产后2、24 h的出血量少于对照组,研究组产妇产后出血发生率、不良反应发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在预防产妇产后出血的临床实践中,采用缩宫素注射液与卡前列甲酯栓联合用药能够有效控制产妇产程出血,降低产后出血发生率,具有较好的临床应用及推广价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Oxytocin and Carboprost Methylate Suppositories in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Method:From December 2018 to June 2019,a total of 124 parturients admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects.The parturients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the study group was treated with Oxytocin and Carboprost Methylate Suppositories.The indexes of coagulation function,the time of the third stage of labor,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the incidence of hemorrhage and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the indexes of coagulation function in the study group were better than those in the control group.The time of the third stage of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group in 2 h and 24 h.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups of the indicators (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical practice of postpartum hemorrhage prevention,the combination of Oxytocin and Carboprost Methylate Suppositories can effectively control the postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage.It has better clinical application and promotion value.
