Advances in Early Diagnosis of Metabolic Bone Disease in Premature Infants

早产儿代谢性骨病会造成患儿机体骨矿物质含量异常,引发骨骼的改变,后期对患儿的生长及成年后的骨骼健康造成严重的影响。症状早期缺乏典型的临床症状或者敏感且特异的检查指标,因此应提高对疾病的认识和重视,早发现、早诊断、早治疗。本文主要就该疾病早期的临床诊断、治疗和采取的预防措施进行综述,为临床对早产儿代谢性骨病的早期诊断提供科学的数据参考。

Metabolic bone disease in premature infants can cause abnormal bone mineral content in children,lead to bone changes,later on the growth of children and adult bone health has a serious impact.Early symptoms lack typical clinical symptoms or sensitive and specific test indicators,therefore,we should raise the awareness and attention to the disease,early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment.This article mainly reviews the early clinical diagnosis,treatment and preventive measures of the disease,and provides a scientific data reference for the early diagnosis of metabolic bone disease in premature infants.
