摘要
创新是推动高质量发展的第一动力,产学研等创新主体间的协作互动有助于区域创新绩效的提升。通过运用Topsis-灰色关联动态耦合协调度模型对2008~2017年我国30个省市自治区的产学研协同性进行科学测度,利用泰尔指数法、探索性空间数据分析法等深入剖析区域产学研协同性的时空分异特征,研究发现:北京、江苏、广东、浙江、上海等东部地区产学研协同度最高,而贵州、新疆、宁夏、海南、青海等地区产学研协同度最低,区域产学研协同性呈现东高西低的非均衡发展态势,其中东部地区的内部差异尤其明显,且存在空间集聚自相关特征。研究结论有助于全面认识各区域的产学研协同现状,为促进区域产学研深度融合提供政策启示。
Innovation is the first driving force to promote high-quality development,and the cooperation and interaction among innovation subjects such as industry,University and Research Institute will help to improve regional innovation performance.This paper uscs TOPSIS grey relational dynamic coupling coordination degree model to scientifically measure the synergy of IUR collaboration of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017.Using the Theil index method and exploratory spatial data analysis method,this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal characteristics of regional IUR collaboration.The results show that:Beijing,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Zhejiang,Shanghai have the highest synergy of IUR collaboration,while Guizhou,Xinjiang,Ningxia,H ainan,Qinghai have the lowestsynergy of IUR collaboration.The regional IUR collaboration presents an unbalanced development trend of high in the East and low in the West.The internal differences of the eastern region arc especially obvious,and there arc spatial agglomeration autocorrelation characteristics.The research conclusion is helpful to fully understand the current situation of IUR collaboration in different regions-and provide policy implications for promoting the deep integration of regional industry, university and research.
