异步牵引电动机相关标准对比分析

摘要 异步牵引电动机是机车车辆电力牵引系统的关键部件,广泛应用于铁路动车组、交流传动机车和城市轨道交通电动客车。不同列车运行环境存在差异,其异步牵引电动机适用的标准有所不同。基于不同标准,在环境条件、检验规则、检验技术要求和检验方法等方面,分析标准的差异性、相关参数,有助于理解和执行标准,为生产和检验技术人员提供参考和借鉴。 Asynchronous traction motor is a key component of locomotive and rolling stock electric traction system,which is widely used in railway EMUs, AC drive locomotives and electric vehicle for urban rail transit. Operating environments of various trains are distinctive, and the applicable standards of asynchronous traction motors are in variation respectively. Based on variety of standards, this paper compares and contrasts the standards and relevant parameters are analyzed in terms of environmental conditions, inspection rules, technical requirements and methods, so as to help understand and implement relevant standards and provide references for production and inspection technicians.
