摘要
目的:了解安徽省三甲医院注册护士职业承诺现状,分析情绪智力和职业承诺的关系,为护理管理者提供参考依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,抽取安徽省三甲医院注册护士920名,使用情绪智力量表、护士职业承诺量表进行问卷调查。结果:不同医院类型、职务、聘任方式、职称、护理满意度、健康状态、专业兴趣和年收入的注册护士职业承诺得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01)。情绪智力总分及各维度与职业承诺总分及各维度之间均呈正相关(P<0.01);回归分析显示对护理专业越有兴趣、情绪智力总分越高、对护理工作越满意、省级三甲医院护士的职业承诺分数越高。结论:护理管理者应该重视护士情绪智力的培养,从而提高其职业承诺。
Objective:To understand the status quo of professional commitment of registered nurses of tertiary first-class hospitals in Anhui,analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and occupational commitment,and provide reference for nursing managers.Methods:The cluster sampling method was conducted,and 920 registered nurses from three tertiary first-class hospitals in Anhui were investigated using emotional intelligence scale and professional commitment scale.Results:The differences of the scores of registered nurses with different hospital types,positions,employment methods,titles,nursing satisfaction,health status,professional interest and annual income were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The total score and dimensions of emotional intelligence were positively correlated with the total score and dimensions of occupational commitment(P<0.01).The results of regression analysis showed that the more interested in nursing specialty,higher the total score of emotional intelligence and more satisfied the nursing work were,the higher the score of professional commitment of nurses in provincial grade tertiary first-class hospitals was.Conclusions:The nursing managers should pay attention to the cultivation of nurses′emotional intelligence to improve their professional commitment.
