成长型连锁餐饮企业员工培训模式分析

摘要 随着国内餐饮业的快速发展,培训成为提高管理者水平和员工技能的重要手段,直接影响到企业的可持续发展。在成长型连锁餐饮企业的快速发展过程中,培训工作经历了三个不同的阶段。本文从成长型连锁餐饮企业的视角,分析了初创期、快速扩张期、稳定期培训所面对的突出问题,以及企业所采用的培训模式,探讨了培训效果,以期帮助连锁餐饮企业快速、稳健地发展。 With the rapid development of domestic catering industry,training has been an important means to improve the level of managers and staff skills,and it directly affects the continuous development of enterprises.During the development of chain catering enterprises,training has also experienced three different stages.This paper analyzes the problems training brings about,summarizes the training mode and discusses the effect of training in three different stages such as the start-up period,the development period and the steady period,with a view to helping the steady and healthy development of growing chain catering enterprises.
