With the rapid development of domestic catering industry,training has been an important means to improve the level of managers and staff skills,and it directly affects the continuous development of enterprises.During the development of chain catering enterprises,training has also experienced three different stages.This paper analyzes the problems training brings about,summarizes the training mode and discusses the effect of training in three different stages such as the start-up period,the development period and the steady period,with a view to helping the steady and healthy development of growing chain catering enterprises.
