关于构建职业院校泛在式党员教育管理体系的思考

Thoughts on Constructing the Ubiquitous System of Education and Management of Party Members in Vocational Colleges

加强党员教育管理是提升党员队伍建设质量的关键,在提升职业院校党建工作质量中起着重要作用。当前,职业院校党员教育管理实际工作中存在“四单一限”等问题。职业院校要积极探索党员教育的新方法和新途径,通过协调校内外多种资源,打造线上线下、校内校外多维党员学习教育“实境”课堂;深入实施党员质量提升工程和教师党员先锋工程,形成“人人皆学、处处能学、时时可学”的泛在式党员学习教育环境;进一步做实、做细、做好党员教育管理工作。

The education and management of Party members is the key to improving the quality of party member construction,and plays an important role in improving the quality of Party construction in vocational colleges.At present,there are problems such as separate subjects,single carrier,thin content,monotonous methods,and limited places in the actual work of the education and management of party members in vocational colleges.Vocational colleges should actively explore and strengthen new methods and approaches for Party member education.By coordinating multiple resources inside and outside the school,vocational colleges will create a multi-dimensional“real world”classroom for online and offline learning and education for party members.By deeply implementing the party member quality improvement project and the teacher party member pioneer project,vocational colleges will form a ubiquitous party member learning and education environment of“everyone learns,learns everywhere,and learns from time to time.”Vocational colleges should work hard and well on the education and management of party members.
