摘要 肥胖症是一种复杂的疾病,不仅会影响个体的新陈代谢,还会增加个体患心血管疾病和2型糖尿病的风险。体育锻炼可以带来许多健康益处,是对抗肥胖及其并发症的重要手段,可预防心血管疾病的发生,改善心血管疾病症状,有效促进心血管健康。 Obesity is a complex disease that affects an individual's entire body metabolism and increases the individual's risk of cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.Physical exercise can bring many health benefits and is an important means of combating obesity and its complications,including cardiovascular disease.Exercise can also prevent the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease,and is an important treatment tool to improve the symptoms of patients with cardiovascular disease.
