以SOP作业清单为导向的PCNL手术实践与效果评价

Practice and Effect Evaluation of PCNL Surgery Guided by SOP Worklist

目的:评价以标准作业程序(SOP)作业清单为导向的经皮肾镜取石术(percutaneous nephrolithotomy,PCNL)手术实践的效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年4月于本院行PCNL治疗的肾结石患者84例,其中将2019年7-11月给予常规护理的40例患者作为对照组,2019年12月-2020年4月在对照组基础上予以SOP作业清单为导向护理的44例患者作为研究组。比较两组手术质量、工作缺陷情况、医生满意情况、患者满意情况以及护理人员专业能力。结果:研究组手术时间、卧床时间与术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组医生总满意率为95.45%高于对照组的63.64%(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意率为93.18%高于对照组的77.50%(P<0.05)。研究组护理人员专业能力情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组工作缺陷发生率为9.09%低于对照组的27.50%(P<0.05)。结论:以SOP作业清单为导向护理运用于PCNL手术中,可缩短手术时间、卧床时间与术后住院时间,提高医生、患者满意度,增强护理人员专业能力,减少工作缺陷的发生,值得临床应用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)guided by standard operating procedure(SOP)worklist.Method:A total of 84 patients with kidney stones treated with PCNL in our hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 were selected.Among them,40 patients were given routine care from July 2019 to November 2019 were taken as the control group,and 44 patients were given SOP worklist oriented nursing on basis of the control group from December 2019 to April 2020 were taken as the study group.The operation quality,work defects,doctor satisfaction,patient satisfaction,and professional competence of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,bed time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of doctors in the study group was 95.45%,higher than 63.64%of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 93.18%,higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The professional competence of nursing staff in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of work defects in the study group was 9.09%,lower than 27.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of SOP worklist oriented nursing in PCNL surgery can shorten the operation time,bed time and postoperative hospital stay,improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients,enhance the professional ability of nursing staff,and reduce the occurrence of work defects,which is worthy of clinical application.
