家庭式护理服务对支原体肺炎患儿治疗依从性及康复的影响

Effect of family care service on treatment compliance and rehabilitation in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia

目的研究家庭式护理服务对支原体肺炎患儿治疗依从性及康复的影响。方法将2017年12月至2018年11月洛阳市第一人民医院诊治的支原体肺炎患儿170例随机分为两组,每组85例。对照组采用常规护理服务干预,观察组采用家庭式护理服务干预。观察指标包括雾化吸入平均完成时间、治愈时间、患儿家属对护理模式的认可度、患儿治疗依从性、患儿肺功能。结果观察组的雾化吸入平均完成时间、治愈时间显著短于对照组;观察组患儿家属对护理模式的认可度显著高于对照组;观察组患儿治疗依从性显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿的第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)、最大呼气风流速(PEF)比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),治疗后两组以上各指标均显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论家庭式护理服务对支原体肺炎患儿具有显著的临床影响,能够缩短治疗及康复时间,提高患儿家属对护理模式的认可度以及患儿治疗依从性,促进患儿肺功能的改善。

Objective To study the effect of family care service on treatment compliance and rehabilitation in children with mycoplasmal pneumonia.Methods A total of 170 children with mycoplasmal pneumonia diagnosed and treated in the hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,85 children in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing services,while the observation group was treated with family care service.The observation indicators included average completion time of nebulization,cure time,the recognition of family's care model,the treatment compliance of child and the lung function of child.Results The average completion time of nebulization and cure time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group.The recognition degree of the family members of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The treatment compliance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume in the first second accounted for the ratio of forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)(P>0.05).After treatment,all indexes of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Family care service have a significant clinical impact on children with mycoplasmal pneumonia,it can shorten the time of treatment and rehabilitation,improve the recognition of family's care model and the treatment compliance of children,and promote the improvement of lung function in children.
