恶性肿瘤术后患者癌因性疲乏及心理弹性的影响因素及相关性

Influence factors and correlation of cancer induced fatigue and mental resilience in patients with malignant tumor after operation

目的探讨恶性肿瘤术后患者癌因性疲乏、心理弹性及应对方式评分的影响因素及相关性。方法选取许昌市人民医院2018年2~12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者100例,术后给予每位患者发放问卷调查表100份,回收100份。对患者一般资料进行调查,分析癌因性疲乏、心理弹性及应对方式评分的影响因素及相关性。结果非肺癌类病变,或男性患者,或患者自身文化程度较高、或家庭经济情况良好、则患者的癌因性疲乏评分较低,心理弹性和应对方式评分较高,反之则为其不利影响因素(P<0.05,OR>1)。Pearson相关性分析显示,恶性肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏评分和心理弹性评分以及应对方式评分之间呈负相关,而心理弹性评分与应对方式评分之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤术后患者癌因性疲乏、心理弹性及应对方式评分具有密切相关性,良好的心理弹性以及应对方式,能减轻患者癌因性疲乏症状,而通过提高患者自身心理弹性,能改善癌因性疲乏症状。

Objective To explore the influence factors and correlation of cancer induced fatigue,mental resilience and coping style score in patients with malignant tumor after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with malignant tumors admitted to the hospital from February to December 2018 were selected.After the operation,100 copies of questionnaire were distributed to each patient and 100 copies were recovered.The general data of the patients were investigated,and the influential factors and correlations of the score of cancer-induced fatigue,mental resilience and coping style were analyzed.Results Patients with non-lung cancer lesions,or male patients,or patients with a high degree of education,or good family economic situation,had lower scores for cancer-related fatigue,higher scores for psychological resilience and coping style,and vice versa were the adverse factors(P<0.05,OR>1).Pearson correlation analysis showed that cancer fatigue score,mental resilience score and coping style score were negatively correlated,while mental resilience score and coping style score were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with malignant tumor postoperative cancer fatigue,psychological resilience and coping style score has a close correlation,good psychological resilience and coping style can reduce patients with cancer fatigue symptoms,and by improving their own psychological resilience can improve the symptoms of cancer fatigue.
