维生素E辅助治疗过敏性紫癜的效果及对患儿氧化应激与炎症指标的影响

Effect of Vitamin E in the Adjuvant Treatment of Henoch-schonlein Purpura and Its Influence on Oxidative Stress and Inflammation Indexes in Children

摘要 目的:探讨维生素E辅助治疗过敏性紫癜(henoch-schonlein purpura,HSP)的效果及对患儿氧化应激与炎症指标的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年11月本院收治的HSP患儿50例,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组25例。对照组行常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上行维生素E辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状缓解时间、治疗前后氧化应激与炎症指标。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.00%高于对照组的64.00%(P<0.05)。研究组关节症状、皮疹及肾损伤缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组丙二醛(MDA)与晚期蛋白氧化产物(AOPP)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:维生素E辅助治疗HSP可有效提高临床效果,显著降低氧化应激水平,有效改善炎症状态,值得临床推广。 Objective:To investigate the effect of vitamin E in adjuvant treatment of henoch-schonlein purpura (HSP) and its effect on oxidative stress and inflammation indexes in children.Method:A total of 50 children with HSP admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group treated with routine treatment,and the study group received vitamin E adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group.Treatment effect,symptom relief time,oxidative stress and inflammation before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.00%,higher than 64.00% of the control group (P<0.05).The remission time of joint symptoms,skin rash and kidney injury in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,malondialdehyde (MDA) and advanced protein oxidation product (AOPP) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-8 (IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Vitamin E as an adjuvant therapy for HSP can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,significantly reduce the level of oxidative stress,and effectively improve the inflammatory state,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
