中药贴敷联合推拿对CHD患儿术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Application Combined with Massage on Postoperative Gastrointestinal Function in Children with CHD

目的:探讨中药贴敷联合推拿对先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的100例CHD患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患儿分A组与B组,每组50例。A组行侧胸小切口外科手术治疗,B组在A组基础上进行中药贴敷联合推拿。比较两组胃肠功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:B组排便与排气时间均短于A组(P<0.05)。两组恢复进食时间,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组并发症发生率低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴敷联合推拿能促进CHD患儿胃肠道功能恢复,减少并发症。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine application combined with massage on gastrointestinal function in children with congenital heart disease (CHD).Method:A total of 100 children with CHD admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into group A and group B by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The group A was treated with lateral thoracic small incision surgery.The group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine application combined with massage on the basis of the group A.Gastrointestinal function recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The Defecation and exhaust time in the group B were lower than those in the group A (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups (P>0.05).The complication rate of the group B was lower than that of group A (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine application combined with massage can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce complications in children with CHD.
