护理行为感知模式对前置胎盘剖宫产患者自护能力及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Nursing Behavior Perception Mode on Self-care Ability and Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Placenta Previa Undergoing Cesarean Section

目的:探讨护理行为感知模式对前置胎盘剖宫产患者自护能力及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月本院收治的前置胎盘拟行剖宫产的患者82例,根据盲抽法将其分为对照组与观察组,各41例。在围术期,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理行为感知模式。比较两组自护能力、新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿与产妇不良妊娠结局情况。结果:观察组自护能力各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿出生1、5 min Apgar评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿不良妊娠结局发生率为36.59%,低于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05)。观察组产妇不良妊娠结局发生率为9.76%,低于对照组的34.15%(P<0.05)。结论:护理行为感知模式可增强前置胎盘剖宫产患者的自护能力,减少新生儿与产妇不良妊娠结局,提高母婴生存质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing behavior perception mode on self-care ability and pregnancy outcome in patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section.Method:A total of 82 patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to blind extraction method,41 patients in each group.In the perioperative period,the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing behavior perception mode.The self-care ability,Apgar score,neonatal and maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:All scores of self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Apgar score of newborns at 1 and 5 min after birth in the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 36.59%,lower than 73.17% in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 9.76%,lower than 34.15% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing behavior perception mode can enhance the self-care ability of patients with placenta previa undergoing cesarean section,reduce the incidence of neonatal and maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve the quality of life of mothers and infants,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
