摘要 介绍新能源汽车的市场情况、动力特点以及对轮胎性能的特殊要求,并从轮胎胎面胶配方设计的角度对橡胶、填料、偶联剂和加工助剂等进行系统剖析,明确原材料选择思路,以供配方设计者参考。橡胶组分优先选择改性溶聚丁苯橡胶,可以达到滚动阻力和抓着性能的平衡;填料以白炭黑为主,同时可以选用合适的无机填料进行并用;偶联剂可以选用高性能偶联剂NXT以平衡滚动阻力和加工性能;此外,一些能够降低胶料门尼粘度、提高抗撕裂性能的加工助剂也可以考虑。 The market situation,power characteristics and special requirements for the tire performance of new energy vehicles were described.The rubbers,fillers,coupling agents and processing aids were systematically analyzed from the perspective of tire tread formula design,so as to clarify the guidance of raw material selection for reference of formula designers.Modified solution polystyrene-butadiene rubber(SSBR)was preferred rubber which could provide excellent balance of rolling resistance and gripping performance.Silica was the main filler and other suitable inorganic fillers could be used in combination.The high-performance coupling agent NXT could be used as the coupling agent to balance rolling resistance and processing performance.In addition,some processing aids which could reduce the Mooney viscosity of compound and improve the tear resistance could also be considered.
