包覆硫黄在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用

Application of Coated Sulfur in Carcass Compound of Truck and Bus Radial Tire

研究包覆硫黄等量替代不溶性硫黄HD OT20在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体胶中的应用。结果表明:包覆硫黄的热稳定性以及在胶料中的分散性、抗喷霜性能与不溶性硫黄HD OT20相近;在胎体胶中采用包覆硫黄等量替代不溶性硫黄HD OT20,胶料的综合性能相当,且各项工艺性能良好,均未发生喷霜现象,满足现场生产工艺标准要求。

The application of coated sulfur to replace insoluble sulfur HD OT20 in the carcass compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that,the thermal stability,dispersibility and bloom resistance of coated sulfur were similar to those of insoluble sulfur HD OT20.When the same amount of coated sulfur was used in carcass compound to replace insoluble sulfur HD OT20,the comprehensive properties of the compound were equivalent,the processing properties were good,and no blooming phenomenon occurred,which met the requirements of on-site production process standards.
