食管黏膜剥脱症是临床诊治中相对少见的一类食管良性疾病,目前临床上就食管黏膜剥脱症的诊断及治疗情况尚不明确。本文拟从食管黏膜剥脱症的临床表现、内镜及病理特点、治疗及预后等方面做系统性归纳总结,加深对于食管黏膜剥脱症诊断及治疗的认识。

Esophageal mucosa exfoliation is a rare benign disease in clinic practice.There is no definite evidence for diagnosis or treatment nowadays.This article aims to summarize the characteristics of clinical manifestations,endoscopic and pathological features,treatment methods and prognosis,thus deepening the understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal mucosa exfoliation in clinical work.
