摘要
随着微电机广泛应用于高精度系统,微电机在小力矩时的力矩波动系数变化对系统的影响不能忽视,严重的会导致系统失效,而目前大多都是1 NM以上的力矩波动系数测试系统,因此准确测量微电机在1 NM以下时的力矩波动系数具有重要意义。通过对测试系统的测试方法进行分析论证,并对测试系统的硬件以及软件进行了相关介绍,研制了一套小力矩电机的力矩波动系数测试系统。结果表明测试方法可行,测试装置可以准确测量0.5 NM以下动态力矩波动系数,满足用户要求。
With the wide application of micro-motors in high-precision systems,the influence of the variation of torque fluctuation coefficient of micro-motors on small torques can not be neglected,which will lead to system failure.At present,most of them are test of torque fluctuation coefficient above 1NM.Therefore,it is important to accurately measure the torque fluctuation coefficient of the micromotor below 1 NM.The test method of the test system is analyzed and demonstrated,and the hardware and software of the test system are introduced.A set of torque fluctuation coefficient test system for small torque motors was developed.The results show that the test method was feasible,and the test device could accurately measure the dynamic torque fluctuation coefficient below 0.5NM and it meets the user requirements.
