摘要
现有的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统,存在着漏检率高的缺陷,为了解决上述问题,提出基于嵌入式Linux的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统设计研究。电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统硬件设计为嵌入式Linux设计、电机驱动器设计与红外热成像仪测温计设计;软件设计为电机驱动器初始化、运动控制程序编写与中断定位及校准程序制定。通过系统硬件与软件的设计,实现了基于嵌入式Linux的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统的运行。通过实验结果表明:与现有的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统相比较,设计的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统极大地降低了漏检率,充分说明设计的电力巡检机器人自动化控制系统具备更好的性能。
The existing automatic control system of electric inspection robot has the defects of high rate of missing inspection.In order to solve the above problems,the design and research of the automatic control system of electric inspection robot based on embedded Linux is proposed.The hardware design of the automatic control system of electric inspection robot is embedded Linux design,motor driver design and infrared thermal imager thermometer design;the software design is motor driver initialization,motion control program writing and interrupt positioning and calibration program development.Through the design of system hardware and software,the automatic control system of electric inspection robot based on embedded Linux is realized.The experimental results show that compared with the existing automatic control system of electric inspection robot,the designed automatic control system of electric inspection robot greatly reduces the rate of missing inspection,which fully shows that the designed automatic control system of electric inspection robot has better performance.
