摘要
随着管道工程和交流输电线路的不断建设,油气管道的交流干扰问题越来越严重,交流杂散电流干扰会对管道产生电伤害、热相应、去极化效应三方面的危害。在交流干扰的情况下,管道的自然电位、管道断电电位、试片极化电位的测量过程都会受到影响,导致管地电位测量的误差,影响管道阴极保护的效果。测量交流电压时,应根据管道排流点的位置合理选择参比电极的位置,如果采用计算法测算交流电流密度时,数值往往偏大,而采用直接测量交流电流密度时,数值一般偏小。
With the continuous construction of pipeline engineering and AC transmission lines,the problem of AC interference in oil and gas pipelines is becoming more and more serious.The AC stray current interference will cause harm to the pipeline in terms of electrical damage,thermal response,and depolarization effects.In the case of AC interference,the measurement process of the natural potential of the pipeline,the power-off potential of the pipeline,and the polarization potential of the test piece will be affected,resulting in an error in the measurement of the pipeline ground potential and affecting the effectiveness of the pipeline’s cathodic protection.When measuring AC voltage,the position of the reference electrode should be reasonably selected according to the position of the discharge point of the pipeline.If the calculation method is used to measure the AC current density,the value is often too large,while when directly measuring the AC current density,the value is generally small.Attention should be paid to the AC interference distribution of the pipeline,cathodic protection,soil resistivity,etc.,to minimize the error in the measurement process.
