在石油天然气及化工物料管道运输过程中,管道会受到多种因素影响,形成腐蚀现象,产生不良因素后果,不仅会产生经济损失,还会对人们的生命和健康产生威胁,导致大量的油气资源泄漏,对环境产生污染,遭遇明火可发生爆炸或者火灾事故,除此以外许多用户会因为有气供给情况的中断而停止生产,直接对国民经济的增长产生不良影响。所以本文就长输管道内壁防腐涂层技术与经济展开研究。

in the process of pipeline transportation of petroleum,natural gas and chemical materials,the pipeline will be affected by many factors,forming corrosion phenomenon,resulting in adverse consequences.It will not only produce economic losses,but also threaten people’s life and health,resulting in a large number of oil and gas resources leakage,environmental pollution,and open fire may cause explosion or fire accidents Many users will stop production because of the interruption of gas supply,which has a direct negative impact on the growth of national economy.Therefore,this paper studies the technology and economy of anti-corrosion coating on the inner wall of long-distance pipeline.
