传染病医院护士对肝硬化患者实施人文关怀干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Humanistic Care Intervention by Nurses in Infectious Disease Hospitals on Patients with Cirrhosis

目的研究探讨传染病专科医院护士对肝硬化患者实施人文关怀干预效果的应用方法及效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月在我院接受治疗的肝硬化患者100例,把所有患者随机分为两组,对照组与观察组各50例。对照组行常规的入院常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施人文关怀干预,对两组护理效果进行比较。结果干预后,观察组患者治疗依从率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的84.00%;观察组患者及家属的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的90.00%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论传染病医院护士对肝硬化患者实施人文关怀干预,能够有效提高患者及家属满意度,从而提高患者对治疗的依从性,值得在今后的肝硬化患者护理中推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the application method and effect of humanistic care intervention for patients with cirrhosis by nurses in infectious diseases hospital.Methods A total of 100 patients with cirrhosis who were treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected,and all patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases each in the control group and the observation group.The control group underwent routine hospital admission routine nursing,and the observation group implemented humanistic care intervention on the basis of routine nursing care to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group;the satisfaction degree of patients and their families in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 90.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care intervention for patients with cirrhosis carried out by nurses in infectious diseases hospital can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,thus improving patients'compliance with treatment,which is worthy of promotion and application in the nursing of patients with cirrhosis in the future.
