超声介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤患者的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Ultrasound Interventional Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Patients with Liver Tumors

目的分析超声介入射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法从2017年2月至2018年10月我院收治的肝脏肿瘤患者中选取100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。将对照组患者予以单纯的射频消融进行治疗,观察组患者予以超声介入射频消融进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后甲胎蛋白水平、临床疗效、术后并发症发生率以及治疗后生存率及复发率。结果观察组患者治疗后甲胎蛋白水平、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后生存率明显高于对照组,复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在治疗肝脏肿瘤时采用超声介入射频消融治疗可以显著地降低患者的甲胎蛋白水平,有效提高患者的治疗效果,有效减少各种并发症的发生,同时降低复发率。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound interventional radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with liver tumors.Methods From February 2017 to October 2018,100 patients with liver tumors in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with radiofrequency ablation alone,and patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound interventional radiofrequency ablation.The levels of alpha-fetoprotein,clinical efficacy,postoperative complications,survival rate and recurrence rate after treatment were compared between the two groups rate.Results The alphafetoprotein level and complication rate after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the survival rate of the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of ultrasound interventional radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of liver tumors can significantly reduce the alpha-fetoprotein level of patients,effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,effectively reduce the occurrence of various complications,and reduce the recurrence rate.
