门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死室性心律失常患者的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Ventricular Arrhythmia in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮治疗急性心肌梗死室性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法将我院2016年3月至2017年1月收治的70例急性心肌梗死室性心律失常患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,每组35例。对照组给予胺碘酮治疗,研究组实施门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组患者满意度、治疗前后心功能指标、诊疗全程时间、住院时间、转复律时间、并发症发生率。结果研究组患者治疗后的满意度、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室收缩末期内径、左心室射血分数、美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级、诊疗全程时间、住院时间、转复律时间均优于对照组,P<0.05。研究组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论急性心肌梗死室性心律失常患者在治疗过程中采取门冬氨酸钾镁联合胺碘酮治疗,可促进患者心功能改善,减少并发症,并缩短治疗的时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of potassium magnesium aspartate combined with amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Seventy patients with acute myocardial infarction ventricular arrhythmias treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were divided into control group and study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the study group was treated with potassium magnesium aspartate combined with amiodarone.The satisfaction,cardiac function indexes before and after treatment,diagnosis and treatment time,hospital stay,cardioversion time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The patients'satisfaction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular end-systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac function grade of New York Heart Association(NYHA),diagnosis and treatment time,hospital stay and cardioversion time in the study group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Potassium magnesium aspartate combined with amiodarone in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with acute myocardial infarction can improve cardiac function,reduce complications and shorten the time of treatment.
