口服氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果

Effect of Oral Fluconazole Combined with Clotrimazole Suppository in the Treatment of Candida Vaginitis

目的探讨和分析口服氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果。方法抽选在我院医治的念珠菌性阴道炎患者(204例)做研究,随机分为甲组(102例)、乙组(102例)。甲组口服氟康唑联合克霉唑栓治疗,乙组口服氟康唑治疗,比较症状改善时间、治疗有效率、复发率、不良反应率。结果甲组的症状改善时间、不良反应率、复发率均低于乙组,总有效率高于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在念珠菌性阴道炎患者的治疗中,口服氟康唑联合克霉唑栓的效果确切,可快速改善患者的症状,治疗总有效率高,安全性高,复发风险低。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of oral fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods Two hundred and four patients with candidal vaginitis treated in our hospital were randomly divided into group A(102 cases)and group B(102 cases).Group A was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository,group B was treated with fluconazole.The symptom improvement time,treatment efficiency,recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The symptom improvement time,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of group A were lower than those of group B,and the total effective rate was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with candidal vaginitis,oral fluconazole combined with clotrimazole suppository has definite effect,which can quickly improve the symptoms of patients,with high total effective rate,high safety and low recurrence risk.
